About The Founder

My career in customer-facing sales began in 2013, across five-star hospitality, insurance, and food service. Along the way I've worked as a reservations and guest relations officer, a hotel sales manager, a partnership sales and business development manager, and today, a Vice President overseeing operations and strategy.

That path has meant building distribution channels, training and coaching sales teams, negotiating partnerships, and turning market data into revenue strategy — across two very different industries: Financial Services and Hotels & Tourism.

The Executive Masterclass exists to hand you the playbook built from that experience: practical, tested in the field, and built for people who are serious about results.
